Now Open To Top Assets Across All Sectors

Starting from March 13, 2025, BNB Chain will kick off the second round of the "$4.4M Permanent Liquidity Support". This initiative aims to elevate native assets on BSC by rewarding top-performing projects.

Through this campaign, standout assets will be spotlighted daily and weekly, with the BNB Chain Foundation injecting permanent BNB liquidity into the pools of winning projects. This liquidity is non-withdrawable, ensuring long-term support for the ecosystem’s most promising assets.

In this round, participation is no longer limited to memecoins—all sector assets on BSC are eligible, with no category restrictions. The competition will be split into two parts: daily and weekly. The daily competition will be divided into zones, with each asset placed in the appropriate zone based on its market cap, ensuring a fair and competitive environment for projects of all sizes.

Participation Conditions: 

Only assets that meet the conditions below can join this competition and be displayed on the leaderboard.

• Assets Range:
  • Native Assets  (first launched) on BSC
  • Market Cap  >= 50K
  • 24h Trading Volume >= $10,000 
  • The following categories are not eligible for the competition:  Binance-pegged tokens,wrapped L1/L2 network tokens, Stablecoins, Liquid Staking /Restaking tokens, BNB and Round 1 Winner.
    • Binance pegged tokens: ETH, BTCB, SOL, SUI, XRP, ADA, DOGE, LINK, AVAX, BCH, DOT, etc.
    • Gas fee tokens: BNB
    • Stablecoins: FDUSD, BUSD, USDT, USDC, sUSDX, USDa, etc
    • Wrapped L1/L2 Network tokens: WBNB, WETH, WADA, WDOT,  WSOL, WBTC, etc
    • Liquid Staking /Restaking tokens: Solv BTC, SolvBTC.BBN, asBNB, ankrBNB, BNBx,pBNB,etc
    • Round 1 winner list.
• Launch Time Request: Starting from 2024.01.01 00:00 UTC
  • Daily Competition: Assets are launched at least 48 hours before each round of competition.
  • Weekly Competition: Assets must be launched at least 48 hours before the weekly competition ends to be eligible.
• Snapshot time of qualification:
  • Daily Competition:  12 hours before the start of each daily competition at 00:00:00 AM UTC+0.
    • For example, the DAY 1 competition will complete the snapshot at 2025.03.13.00:00:00 AM UTC.
  • Weekly Competition:  2025.03.13.00:00:00 AM UTC
    • For new assets issued after 00:00 UTC on March 13,  a snapshot will be taken at 00:00:00 UTC every day during the competition period from March 14 to March 18. Those who meet the entry requirements will start participating in the weekly competition the next day.

This campaign will feature daily and weekly sector-based competitions, ensuring fair visibility and engagement across different asset categories.

Daily Competition

The daily competition will be divided into two different zones based on the asset’s market cap: Burst Zone and Mature Zone. Assets that meet the above participating conditions will automatically enter the different zones to join the competition. Daily winners will not be awarded multiple times. However, they can still participate in weekly competitions to compete for higher prizes.

Leaderboard ranking logic

• Score calculation formula: All assets will enter different zones according to their qualifications at the time of the snapshot, and the ranking will be calculated based on the competition weights of different zones. 
  • Score = (Market Cap Rank × 45%) + (Price Increase Rank × 5%) + ( Total Trading Volume Rank × 50%)
  • For example, if Token A has achieved the following rankings:
    • Market Cap: 2nd place
    • Price Increase: 3rd place
    • Trading Volume: 4th place
    • The final score is calculated as: (2×45%)+(3×5%)+(4×50%)=0.9+0.15+2=3.05
  • A lower score indicates a better ranking on the leaderboard.
  • If two assets have the same score, the one with the higher trading volume will be ranked higher. If the trading volume is the same, the higher market cap asset will be ranked higher.
• Results snapshot time: snapshot after the competition ends
  • Daily Competition: 11:59:59 AM UTC every day
  • Weekly Competition: 2025.03.20.11:59:59 AM UTC

Campaign rewards rules

Each zone will be ranked according to its independent indicators and weights. Daily winners cannot win the award repeatedly but can compete for the weekly competition rewards.

Winner Benchmark

To WIN the daily and weekly competitions, assets must meet ALL of the following conditions:

• Market Cap >= 1M
• Active Holders
  • Daily Competition: Active holders > = 2,000
  • Weekly Competition: Active holders > = 5,000
• Ownership Distribution: The top 10 externally owned accounts (EOAs) must hold less than 10% of the total supply, and these do not include exchanges and CZ's public wallet.  These stakeholders are encouraged to lock or vest their funds over time.
• Security Measures: Projects must verify their token source code on BscScan or undergo a security audit.

Liquidity support distribution

Timeline for Liquidity Support:After verifying the winner's benchmark, BNB Chain will announce the winner on X. The liquidity support will be completed within 10 days following the announcement.

Double-Sided or Single-Sided Liquidity Addition:Liquidity will be flexibly added to the winner’s most active liquidity pool.Please note that there is a time difference between swapping the token and adding the LP, which causes a difference in amounts.

Withdrawal of Liquidity:The liquidity support provided will remain permanently in the pool and cannot be withdrawn, ensuring lasting support for the winning projects.

Important Notes

• Definitions of Key Indicators:
  • Trading Volume: The total trading volume of assets during the competition.
  • Market Cap: The total market value of an asset's circulating supply.
  • Price Increase: The percentage increase in an asset's price compared to the same time on the previous day (daily competition) or the same time seven days ago ( weekly competition).
  • Active Holders: The number of unique wallet addresses that traded (buy + sell) this asset for at least $10 during the competition period.
• Launch Time Description: The launch day of an asset is determined by its first "pool trading" time, as a liquidity pool is essential for transactions and eligibility to compete.
• Leaderboard Information: 
  • Leaderboard data will be updated in real time, but there may be a delay of 5 minutes, so please be patient.
  • If your assets are missing from the leaderboard or if you believe its data is incorrect, please reach out to us on Discord, and we will promptly address the issue.
