Today’s BNB Chain Project Spotlight shines on X World Games (XWG), a unique blockchain-based game ecosystem in which users can create, trade, and collect NFTs while participating in multiplayer games.

1. Please describe XWG to those unfamiliar with it. What's your vision and mission?

XWG is a blockchain-based game and entertainment ecosystem that aims to make blockchain features simple and fun for users at all levels. XWG's vision is to build a diversified ecosystem that connects traditional gamers and users with the blockchain world.

“X World” represents an unknown virtual world open for players to explore, and "Games" represents all of our gaming ecosystems connected.

As the founder of XWG, Fernando has more than a decade of investment experience and a keen sense of market trends. In his early years, Fernando's experience was investing in various blockchain and mobile game projects. Later, he developed the idea to merge all the compelling elements like the games, blockchain, DeFi, Japanese anime, NFTs, the metaverse, etc., all together to create a blockchain game ecosystem and gaming metaverse.

2. Tell us something about your team's background.

In 2017, before XWG entered the blockchain gaming space. It developed a super popular Japanese action mobile game called "Belle Battle Musou.", generating an active user base of 1 million+. In addition, the XWG team developed nearly a hundred online mini-games and has rich experience in game production in the mobile game industry.

Fernando Liu -Co-Founder & CEO, Former Asia Pacific president of Wall Street private equity investment fund Barron Partners, with 17+ Years experience in venture capital, private investment, fundraising, and M&A restructuring experience worldwide.

Edwin Liu - Co-Founder & CGO, with a senior urban investment & financing background and a crypto investor since 2013. Worked for Cardano community management and actively contributed and participated in multiple blockchain projects' incubation and development, including those later invested by industry-recognized VC funds.

Kata Botica - CMO, over five years of corporate industry experience in the technology, marketing, and gaming industries. Passionate about NFTs, GameFi, Web3 and crypto, with three years of industry knowledge on market trends, community engagement, and crypto developments.

3. What are the main advantages of XWG for the user compared to a similar project?

XWG users have the advantage of using their NFTs in a cross-game experience by playing with them in Dream Card V1, a classic TCG battle game, and Dream Card V2, a P2E chapter clearing game. Users can also use the NFT Marketplace to buy, sell, and list our DeFi Pool for token and NFT staking, and the  X Wallet for a seamless and integrated experience on the XWG platform.

XWG will be completing a gigantic platform infrastructure plan for the product, including a blockchain game digital distribution service, NFT exchange marketplace, a cross-game protocol port, and a full-function game-creation toolbox. Meanwhile, XWG will enrich the gaming ecosystem and community by publishing more games, signing more original anime IPs, connecting migrated games with pre-established tokenomic systems, and guiding the player community to a full DAO governance.

4. What is the Security Strategy of your project?

We have developed security measures like with our X Wallet, designed for players to have a seamless gaming experience and protected by the SAFU Fund established by XWG Foundation. Security and safety are always a top priority, and we consistently are educating our community and helping them with our ticket system to fix any community issues that arise.

In addition, all our smart contracts passed the security audit by Certik, founded in 2018 by Yale University and Columbia University professors. CertiK is a pioneer in blockchain security, utilizing best-in-class AI technology to secure and monitor blockchain protocols and smart contracts.

6. Where do you position your brand in the DeFi/NFT/GameFi / Metaverse space?

We position XWG as a comprehensive entertainment venue in DeFi/NFT/GameFi/Metaverse. We provide Metaverse, GameFi, Idol Entertainment, and Animation, including all necessary infrastructures in DeFi, Swap, Staking, and Marketplace. It will be a one-stop crypto-friendly entertainment shop for users who want to buy entertainment with cryptos and stay comfortable. In addition, it will be an effortless gateway portal for Web2 entertainment companies or audiences to enter Web3.

7. Why does XWG build on BNB Chain?

BNB Chain is simply the best chain out there. With its mature infrastructure and robust security, players' funds are always SAFU. 8. Can we talk about the tokenomic model?

XWG Dream Card game series has introduced a new Play-to-Earn game economy called Play-to-Earn-to-Stake. It integrates GameFi with DeFi, and the new mechanism ties traditional Play-to-Earn and DeFi staking functions. Along with the native token and primary earning asset being $XWG, our new in-game currency LUCID is a BEP-1155 asset that is key in earning $XWG and replaces $XWG in the Dream Card series.
