31st BNB Burn: 1.579M BNB (~$916M) Burned in Q1 2025

BNB Chain has completed its 31st quarterly burn, removing 1.579M BNB (roughly $916M USD) from circulation through its Auto-Burn and Pioneer Burn mechanisms. This burn reflects Q1 2025 network activity and the ongoing commitment to deflationary tokenomics. BNB’s circulating supply now stands at approximately 139.3M. Blog

$100M Liquidity Incentive: Third Round Announced

The third batch of projects selected for the $100M Liquidity Incentive for CEX Listings has been revealed. Following two successful rounds, this initiative continues to reward projects with liquidity support while driving listings on centralized exchanges. The program is designed to strengthen on-chain liquidity, increase native token exposure, and accelerate ecosystem maturity. Community review and voting are open for the current round. Blog

BNB Chain's fifth TVL Incentive Program has officially concluded. This round brought enhanced support for protocols through delegation, rewarding high-performing DeFi projects that demonstrated sustainable user and liquidity growth. Completed Testnet & Upcoming Lorentz Mainnet Hardfork

With the successful completion of the testnet hardforks of both opBNB & BSC, the mainnet hardfork is up next. The current speed times on the testnet are: 

• opBNB testnet - 0.5s block times 
• BSC testnet - 1.5s block times

The mainnet hardforks are due to be completed on the following dates:

• opBNB → April 21 @ 03:00 AM UTC
• BSC → April 29 @ 05:05 AM UTC
