The Meme Coin Innovation Battle is split into two parts, the first part focuses on migrating or launching your meme coin while the second part encourages projects to complete for liquidity.

The top 3 eligible projects will receive tailored marketing support, including potential social media promotion and access to a $900K liquidity pool. The exact nature of the support will be determined on a case-by-case basis, so recipients are not guaranteed to receive both social media promotion and the liquidity pool.

Part 1: Launch a New Meme Coin and Unlock Rewards

We're excited to make launching your meme coin easier than ever! We have partnered with four high-quality meme launchpad platforms to support your journey. You can choose the platform that best suits your needs and receive incubation support to get one step closer to success. Participation with these platforms is optional, and you are free to launch on other platforms and still take part in Part 2 activities.

Here are the launchpad options:

1. Four.meme: Introducing Four.meme Oscars Competition: Up to 1 Million Four.meme Points and $20,000 meme tokens in Prizes
2. Flap: Launch Memecoin on Flap and Win Over $50,000 in Creator Rewards!
3. Burve Protocol: BNB Chain Meme Hero Incubation Camp, competing for up to $100,000 acceleration fund
4. MyShell:  Your own AI Meme Generator and share the $10,000 prize pool.

Part 2: Path to Becoming the Meme Coin Hero – Seize Up to $60,000 Per Qualifying Project!

What are eligible meme coins?

Everyone is encouraged to participate, whether you're a seasoned developer or a newcomer to the meme coin scene. To be eligible, meme coins must meet at least two of the following criteria:

• Valid holder count of MEME > 1,000
• Daily trading volume > 30K
• Liquidity > 50K
• Launched within 5 months (after March 2024)

Additionally, projects must satisfy both of the following conditions:

• Must have an active social media account, including but not limited to Twitter, Telegram, and Discord community.
• Public pre-sale projects are ineligible to participate

To support and encourage more new meme coins, we’re offering an additional $10,000 reward for the Top 3 memes launched after August 14th.

• Top 1: $5,000
• Top 2: $3,000
• Top 3: $2,000

Note:

• Memes that have already won in the main leaderboard are not eligible.
• These memes will be re-ranked based on the main leaderboard data, and rankings will be announced on September 19th.

Important Notes

• Previous winners (e.g., Meme Battle #2 winner) and LP supporters will no longer be eligible to receive this reward.
• Liquidity: Liquidity in cryptocurrency means the ease with which a digital currency or token can be converted to another digital asset or cash without impacting the price and vice-versa.
  • Supported DEX: Pancakeswap, Uniswap and Thena
• Daily Average Trading Volume: This is the total trading volume of the meme coin during the event divided by the number of days involved.
• For meme coins launched during the event: The Daily average trading volume will be calculated based on the actual number of days the MEME has been active.
• For meme coins launched before the event: If the application is submitted after the event starts, the Daily average trading volume will be calculated based on a 31-day period starting from the application submission date.
• Market Cap: The total market value of a meme coin's circulating supply. It is analogous to the free-float capitalization in the stock market (Market cap = Average price for the last 3 days of the event x Circulating supply).
• Active Accounts: The number of wallet addresses that hold this meme and have at least 1 trading during the event.
• Promotion 1 and Promotion 2 are independent and can be participated in at the same time as long as the conditions are met.
• If your meme token has yet to be deployed on BNB Smart Chain (BSC), it's not an issue. To participate in the competition, simply deploy it before the campaign ends. Here is the guidance for deploying a token on BSC. 
• If you are introducing a new meme coin, simply publish it before the end of the campaign to qualify for participation in the contest.

The leaderboard is now live with daily updates at 00:00 UTC, and all eligible meme coins can be reviewed here! Thanks to uDex for data support. Rewards will be distributed within three weeks after the event ends. Developers are encouraged to follow AvengerDao Web3 Security Framework and consider third-party audits via BNB KickStart. While an audit is not a requirement, we strongly encourage projects to carry out an audit for the sustainability of their project.

Terms & Conditions

By participating in the competition, participants must abide by the following terms and conditions:

• Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old (or such other legal age of majority applicable in the jurisdiction where the participant is resident) at the time of entry, and (iii) meet all other entry criteria specified in the announcements, promotional materials or other communications made available to participants in respect of the competition. Participants must register to be eligible to participate in the Contest.
• Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to securities laws and regulations regarding financial promotions.
• Participants represent and warrant that their meme coin shall not infringe the rights of any third parties, including intellectual property rights. Participants grant BNB Chain a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote the project in connection with the competition.
• Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless BNB Chain and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their violation of these terms and conditions or their violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
• Please ensure that the smart contract you submit is open source and verified so that we can count all trading volumes.
• By entering into the competition and/or winning the rewards, the participant irrevocably consents to the use of his or her name, image, photograph, likeness, biographical information, entry, statements attributed to the participant/project (if true) and any video footage related to the reward, for BNB Chain’s advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes in all media now or hereafter known, worldwide and in perpetuity without additional compensation and additionally consents to BNB Chain putting his or her name on a winner’s list.
• BNB Chain and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages arising out of your participation in the competition for the development of your project.
• BNB Chain’s decision regarding the winners will be final.
• BNB Chain core team reserves the right to disqualify the projects deemed to be wash trading or using illegal bulk wallet addresses, self-dealing, or displaying attributes of market manipulation, etc.
• The BNB Chain core team reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or cancel this announcement at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
• Where any discrepancy arises between the translated and original versions, the English version shall prevail.
